Still Waters on Stoney

Our clients decided to purchase a Viceroy package, feeling this cottage would blend perfectly on their island. We faced the challenge of moving machinery, tools and materials to the site as it was on an island, but anything can be done. This 3 bedroom cottage has several gables facing the lake, with unique beam work adding definition to it. Various windows are along the lakeside, with patio doors blending in with the windows from the great room. The open concept Walden's Kitchen, dining and great room are finished with cathedral ceilings with exposed beams and a stone faced wood fireplace. A private deck is accessed from the master bedroom and great room, with glass railings allowing the gorgeous lake to be taken advantage of. The exterior window trim compliments the cement board siding perfectly.
