Modernized

The market was at a peak when our clients were looking to purchase, resulting in them buying an older home hoping to renovate it to their needs. We demolished the existing detached garage and added an attached garage with an extension on the back of the house, allowing the kitchen to grow and have a more spacious living room. Storage areas were added below the garage in the mud room for bikes and additional room. Large glass windows were incorporated to take in the view of the backyard while also brightening the space with natural light. Transoms above selected interior doors were integrated throughout the home in addition to help achieve more natural light. A more modern style was created with the addition and renovations throughout the home most notably in the new kitchen, interior railing and doors, floating vanities and toilet in the bathrooms! The master bedroom was expanded while also allowing for an ensuite bathroom and closet. This home is a breath of fresh air!
