Breezy Point Sunsets

Our client purchased a new property with the intention of building a covered patio where he could entertain and set up a BBQ area. Due to the Township regulations and concerns of obstructing the neighbours view we were left to come up with a solution that would still achieve our clients’ vision. By designing the boathouse built into the hill/property and having a lower roofline allowed the building to blend into the property and still be appealing from the waterfront. We designed a dry slip boathouse with a covered outdoor area that allows for entertaining in the summer and storage coverage throughout the winter months. The exterior prefinished wood siding was incorporated into the interior of the boathouse as well to maintain the outdoor feeling. We incorporated a patio extending from the covered area continuing the outdoor living space vibes for entertaining.
