Clear Boathouse

This cottage addition/renovation took a completely different appearance from more traditional to contemporary. Adding a screened porch, walkout basement and additional bedrooms made this cottage more spacious and open concept. Completely renovating the original cottage modernized the interior, only keeping the original pine in the great room. The paddle railing suggested by our clients was made in our wood working shop, still providing that cottage feel.
