Belmont Dreaming Boathouse

This dry slip boathouse was designed to match the newly built cottage blending into the shores of Belmont lake. The combination of exterior pre-finished wood siding, cedar shakes and cultured stone compliment the natural surrounds precisely. It was challenging to stay above the flood plains while considering the lake levels dropping when implementing the built-in lift dock and railways, but this was mission accomplished.
