Peace on Chemong

This cottage was a major renovation tearing it down to the floor, it was reframed incorporating lots of windows along the lakeside. Cathedral ceilings were implemented on the main floor, allowing the cottage to feel more spacious and fill with natural light. We were faced with a challenge when running the duct work in the basement due to the ceilings being too low, this imposed us to incorporate 2 propane fireplaces to heat the entire cottage. This renovation gave this cottage a complete change from the exterior to interior. New deck glass railings were installed, allowing the lake view to still be observed from inside. The covered porch was added to the back side of the cottage, welcoming visitors. The garage was completely tore down later, building a brand new garage and adding a breezeway from the garage to main cottage. Another amazing renovation!
